what happens if you use sensitive tooth paste and you don’t need to?

    Nothing. It is safe to use or it wouldn’t be on the market.

    I wouldn’t worry about using it as it is just a milder toothpaste for people who cannot use some of the stronger toothpastes that have stronger ingredients in them like peroxide.

    It will still clean your teeth and you might even find you like it better than your normal toothpaste, and it could just make your gums feel better in the process.
