Thrush is not a result of poor dental hygiene….it’s a yeast infection. You will have to get a prescription to clear it up. You can however be using to much sugar; cut back and see if that helps.

The term “thrush” is sometimes used, but the correct term is Candida. This can arise particularly after a course of antibiotics. Otherwise, oral thrush usually affects only the ill, particularly those with a weakened immune system. For treatments these are a few that can gwt rid of it:
-Natural yoghurt – to rebalance levels of “good” bacteria.
-Acidophilus – to increase “good” bacterial levels.
-Warm salt-water mouth rinses – mainly to ease discomfort.

do a candida cleanse, 30 days, with a, acidophilous (probiotic) to put the good bacteria back in your system. from the health food store.
I am in Canada and I am not familiar with American health products, but this is the jist. It’s hard but it WORKS.
