What is the best way to clean your teeth?

So I got my braces off 3 months ago, and I’m wearing a plastic, clear, invisalign-related top retainer and a wired retainer on the bottom.

I brush my teeth thoroughly with a toothbrush, floss daily, and use mouthwash. But apparently, I keep getting some sort of stain on my two front teeth. What is the best way to keep your teeth clean without white marks or stains?

    Apparently from what you explain here you use an invisaling top retainer and being that your top front teeth get stained, I would say the invisalign retainer is the culprit! really, check it clean it very well and ask your dentist, good luck.
